St. Clair Shores' new Mike's on the Water -- a funky, '70s-style burger joint on Michigan Harbor -- isn't fancy, says owner Mike LeFevre. "Baskets of burgers, buckets of beers -- that's what we're doing. ... We're a chill spot," he says.

A pair of familiar names in the bar and restaurant industry in St. Clair Shores plan to be part of the future of the Nautical Mile, which has rapidly become one of Macomb County’s hottest entertainment strips.

Mike LeFevre's newest restaurant, Mike's on the Water, is scheduled to open next week.
